Working with Calendar |
An all day event is an activity that lasts one or more whole days. You can use all day events to record vacation days or sick days, or dates of conferences, seminars, workshops, or trade shows. An all day event occupies no specific block of time on your appointment calendar.
To add an all day event to your calendar, follow these steps:
Switch to your Outlook calendar.
Select New All Day Event from the Actions menu.
Enter the information.
Click Save and Close.

An all day event is displayed in a banner above your calendar.
